About Stage One Dance Studio
We are a professional dance studio based in Adelaide, with a long-standing history of success and excellence in the performing arts. At Stage One, we pride ourselves on our welcoming, family-focused environment where every student feels supported and inspired.
We offer high-quality training across a wide range of styles including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Tap, Acrobatics, and Cheerleading. Whether your child is dancing for fun and fitness or is a dedicated student aspiring to pursue a career in dance, we provide pathways and opportunities to help them grow, develop, and thrive.

Our Studio
Our brand new purpose-built studios, located in Old Reynella, opened in 2025 and were thoughtfully designed to create one of the best environments for dancers to train and grow. The facility features three spacious studios, each fitted with professional Tarkett dance floors, full-length mirrors, and air-conditioned spaces to ensure comfort and safety during classes.
Our studios also include a fully stocked dance store for your convenience, along with comfortable waiting areas and plenty of room for students and families. The entire space has been carefully designed to support high-quality dance training while creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for our community.

Stage One Dance Studio is proud to support a vibrant community of students who share a passion for the performing arts. We welcome dancers of all ages, from toddlers through to adults, and aim to provide a space where everyone feels encouraged, inspired, and valued.

All of our teachers are qualified, certified, and professionally trained, and we are passionate about maintaining safe dance practices in every class.
